About Stacy

A southern California native, Stacy is the daughter of public school teachers.  Raised with a foundation of faith, family, and public service, Stacy graduated from UCLA and relocated to San Francisco in 1997 to attend law school.  After graduating from USF, Stacy briefly volunteered for San Francisco’s Legal Aid and the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office before deciding to focus on raising her three girls in her husband’s hometown of Foster City.  As an 18 year resident, Stacy has seen Foster City grow and has been on the forefront of ensuring civil engagement at the City Council level, has been an active community advocate and volunteer,  and a dedicated wife and mother.  She is currently the Vice-Chair of Foster City’s Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee and active in several local philanthropic organizations.

Stacy believes in seeking out unique and creative solutions to Foster City’s housing crises.  She believes in protecting taxpayer dollars through careful management and oversight of city budgets, particularly as this relates to the levee improvement project, and the replacement of Foster City’s recreation center, and in fostering an active presence on our local school boards to ensure our schools receive equitable attention for long-delayed improvement projects and programming. Stacy believes in the people of Foster City, and her voice will not be that of developers or special interest groups.
